The nature of our legal system is such that it is in a state of constant change as it continues to grow and evolve. In such a constant state of change it is necessary that the legal fraternity-consisting of Advocates, fudges, law students, para- legal personnel, Mediators, Arbitrators, Law Officers, academicians, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries-remain updated of changes and have general awareness in the direction in which each element of the legal system is proceeding.
Since none is beyond the influence or impact of law, we desire to make law and its application interesting to all- to legal fraternity and common man alike. Therefore, we aim to make Vakeelara Vaahini a wholesome and holistic journal that deals with all facets of law-discussion on legal issues and posers, objective analysis of judicial decisions and legislative outputs, exchange of legal ideas and concepts, news that have a legal edge or bias, and all types of law centric topics.
The various contributors to the magazine are a number of renowned Advocates, retired judges, academicians, law students and learned individuals in other fields as well who have established their names in print and electronic media. The magazine will also record the contributions made by various lawyers in the field of law and report the development of law through the cases argued by them showcasing contribution made through those specific cases. The magazine, will not only highlight the legal achievements of lawyers but will also feature members of legal fraternity who achieved significant goals and milestones in non- legal fields as well such as fine arts, sports, adventure activities, service to humanity, to name a few.
